Kiveton Athletic Football Club was formed in 1999 under the name The Forge FC.  This was decided by a group of lads that got together on a sunday afternoon for a kick about.  They decided to form an official team to play competative football.

The club under that name  joined the Rotherham and Sunday District Football league in that year.  After playing two seasons as The Forge FC or Egrof as we were also known the club decided to change its name.

The team changed its name to kiveton Athletic in 2003.

We currently play in the Layne Electical division six of the Rotherham And District Sunday League.

At the moment we play our home games at The Top Field, Harthill.(see contacts for directions to the ground),.

Our home kit is all navy blue and our away kit is pale blue socks, maroon shorts and shirts.

The clubs aim for this current campaign is to hold our own in the division and consolidate our division six status.
